Our intimate little Bungalow at the Cottage on the Rocks is quaint, quiet and the perfect island getaway. Our charming designer bungalow is complete with modern amenities and all the features of home. Enjoy the shaded, spacious grounds and the private outdoor deck. The #1 beach in the United States is just steps from your front door. The Bungalow is located at the southern end of Siesta Key Beach in gorgeous Sarasota, Florida close to the well known Point of Rocks. It is the perfect and ideal location for newlyweds, anniversary retreats and small families.

Siesta Key

Siesta Key Beach continually ranks in the top 10 beaches in the United States, year on year by renowned sources such as TripAdvisor and Dr. Beach. The powder white sand, the crystal- clear water and the always warm weather provide millions of annual visitors with the perfect holiday/vacation getaway. Sunset walks, sandcastles, swimming, fishing and paddling all within 50 feet of your doorstep. Point of Rocks, located just beyond The Big Cottage is famous for its prestigious marine habitats and coral reefs perfect for snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing.

The island of Siesta Key is divided into three districts; Siesta Key Village and Public Beach, Crescent Beach Village and Turtle Beach. Crescent Village is directly on your doorstep with nightlife, bars, restaurants, markets and shopping. Hop on the free Siesta Key Trolley or local Frog Hop open air transport for a quick journey down Midnight Pass road which can take you either past Siesta Main Beach and into Siesta Key Village or the other way to Turtle Beach.

The Big Cottage & The Bungalow

Both of the Cottage on the Rocks properties can be booked at the same time, if available, for any purpose whether its that you need more space or you have a specific use for each cottage. Both The Big Cottage and The Bungalow are part of the same property. Discounts may be provided for groups that reserve both cottages.

What’s Provided

We provide all our guests with amenities of home from toiletries to kitchenware in order for you to have an enhance holiday/vacation experience. We have beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach toys and more available upon your arrival. A property liaison will available on your arrival to ensure all is in order and address any concerns you might have.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age 25: All reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo ID is required at the time of booking.
• Your inquire on our property will be responded to directly to the personal email you provide. Please keep a look out for our response so that we may best service your request.
• All reservations are subject to a 24hour cancellation period by the homeowner pending a credit, background check and approval by the homeowner.
• Security deposits will only be returned once our cleaning agents have reviewed the inventory listing.
